As part of launching this site, I have been completely updating all of my reviews to conform to my new 2008 In-Depth Review process. Since I have nearly 200 reviews that are each more than 100 pages long, this is a big project. Also, since I am more patient than I probably should be waiting for the various CRM developers to answer my questions, this process can take me a while!
That said, the first wave of fully updated reviews are going up right now (see: http://www.sellmorenow.com/bycompany.htm) So, to get a discussion going, every time I publish a new review, I will launch a new thread devoted to that CRM solution.
If you have questions about a program, post them as a reply to the appropriate thread. If you can answer a question, please do! If you have had disappointing results with the program, please share that experience with us. If the CRM solution has totally changed your life and caused your business to boom, let's hear that too!
I am tired of all the pin-head pundits that delight in writing about failed CRM projects! My goal is to help people find the best CRM solution and then effectively put it to work. I am sure the discussions on this site will help folks do that!
