Hi there
I am about to launch a new start-up company and will have 2-3 tele-marketing people working from home on a part time basis.
Hence, I am looking for a web based contact management. I have used Goldmine some 6 years ago and basically need similar functionality though online i.e web based.
I will be selling online data services to the SME businesses.
My needs are really simple. I need to keep a database of Customers as well as marketing database and assign sales territories to the tele-marketing team.
I want to keep certain information private from the tele-marketing team. i.e âon a need to know basisâ only.
Also I would like to capture information directly from my web site into the web based CRM database for follow-up.
My budget at the moment is rather tight aprox. $2000 for 2008. Therefore I need something that is not costly to setup and configure. The system must be easy to use.
I need some expert impartial advice and If necessary I am prepared to pay a reasonable amount for it.
